Paragon Design | Build, a local Winnipeg infill developer and builder, is considering an application to rezone the properties of 666 to 674 McMillan Avenue so that they can eventually accommodate multi-family infill development. Paragon recognizes that nearby residents may be interested in the potential redevelopment of this site. Landmark Planning & Design has been retained to lead an engagement process for this project.
