Landmark Planning & Design is working with Whiteland Developers to explore a potential multi-family and mixed-use development on a 5.4 acre site located at the southeast corner of Pipeline Road and Templeton Avenue. The site is currently designated for multi-family development, however, an amendment to the Court Avenue (Precinct E) Secondary Plan would be required to accommodate a mix of uses on the site.
