Potential Rezoning
Landmark Planning & Design has been retained by Porchlight Developments to undertake a community engagement and land use planning exercise for a +/- 10 acre site in the RM of East St. Paul. The site is generally located east of the Albright Church, and is bound by Maxwell King Drive to the south and the Perimeter Highway to the north. The objective of the process is to consider a rezoning application for the subject site from Development Reserve (DR) to a zone that would allow for multi-family development.

Landmark Planning & Design is currently working with the owner, architects and nearby stakeholders to review and refine potential site development concepts. A refined concept will be shared with the community in the coming months prior to submission of an application.
