Landmark Planning & Design is working with Friesen Drillers to help the City of Winkler address long-term management of its water supply and wastewater treatment program. The long-term sustainability of the Winkler Aquifer is a critical component of this plan. The project team is working with stakeholders and regulators to prepare innovative solutions.
