Pre-Application Report
This Pre-Application Report is based on an early concept and does not represent a response to the current proposed plans. When a rezoning application is submitted, a new in-depth planning and engineering review will be conducted by the City of Winnipeg prior to any public hearing for the application.
Property Values Research
The following sources have been reviewed by the study team. The general conclusion of the collection of sources strongly suggests that new multi-family development does not reduce the value of properties around it. We recommend that individuals carry out their own additional research and consult a property appraiser or other professionally qualified person for specific input as desired.
Presentation
The presentation from November 25th, 2021 has been updated with additional renderings to demonstrate how landscaping on the subject site can be anticipated to look immediately following construction, three to five years later, and upon full maturity if this project is approved.
