Paragon Design | Build, a local Winnipeg infill developer and builder, is considering an application to rezone 2675 Portage Avenue so that it can eventually accommodate a mixed-use commercial and residential multi-family development. Paragon recognizes that nearby residents may be interested in the potential redevelopment of this site. Landmark Planning & Design has been retained to lead an engagement process for this project.
